"Worked with Sandy for a few months to get on the schedule. Gave a deposit and he told me applied for a permit. 3 weeks later he showed up at my house and asked me to sign the permit application... At that point, he also told me his license was expired, and needed me to sign a waiver to allow the county to release a permit. I told him I wished to cancel the contract. He said he would get me my deposit back in a week. I emailed Cynthia, she also said in writing that she would issue the refund. I haven't been able to get a hold of them since. And will now have to pursue legal course of action against them."
