"Terrible. He took over Professional Tax Service and their old customers, of which I was one. We turned in our taxes at the end of March, he never called us or responded to messages until June. We also needed an amendment done from the previous tax year, and he never helped us with it. Not until I called the BBB and said I was filing a form 14157 with the IRS did he email me. I finally got my paperwork back in June and did my own taxes. The company said they filed an extension with the IRS, but they did not with Virginia and I got hit with a fee. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."
