Reviews
"I love how this gift shop carries things that are made right in Colonial Williamsburg by the various trades people. There are also a number of special items that compliment locally made."
"We really enjoyed looking thru this store. Everything in the store isn't made in Colonial Williamsburg, but enough of the items are that we've were able to find a few things we really wanted. It's worth going in to see the wares available."
"This building is the oldest commercial building in all of Williamsburg, originally built and operated from 1740 to 1779. It is nearly three centuries old and the original structure. The store is operational today by selling authentic goods from local artisans, a favorite part of Colonial Williamsburg of mine, a truly functional 1700s Colonial town in every sense."
"This store was advertised as having products made by the local artisans. That was true but very limited. Another store nearby had many of the same items. If you're looking for jewelry you are better off visiting the silversmith nearby. Rose head nails by the local blacksmith were three dollars each. Other places give them out for free. Overall, a few things of interest but a disappointment in the lack of locally made items."
"Awesome store.....lots of authentic goods to buy. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable!"
