"Dio and his team at Yailas Pools did a great job building our pool. He went above and beyond what we had discussed. He knew that I was going to install a saltwater pool so he painted the sides of the pool panels with special paint and even added foam. He made sure the concrete collar around the vinyl pool was above minimum requirements and placed good amount of wire and rebar in the collar and for the concrete pad around the pool. No cracks yet after 3 years. He was very communicative and understood all my requests. Talking to Dio, you know that he really loves pools and building magnificent outdoor spaces for you to enjoy. Yailas also does good landscaping and patios. I highly recommend to anybody interested in a pool or outdoor structure."

"I am so thrilled with the service performed by Yailas Pools yesterday! Dio was great with scheduling the opening of my pool as well as status of crew arrival time. Cris and Abraham were absolutely awesome! I am new to the area and new to this house and harbored much anxiety about the condition of my pool with regard to function and aesthetics as I’d not seen the pool operating or without the cover prior to buying the home. Dio was very patient with me in explaining what it meant and entailed with regard to opening a pool. Cris and Abraham worked very diligently and transformed what looked like a nasty mess into almost crystal clear water in only two hours! Today, the pool is crystal, clear and beautiful! "I have been using Yalias Pools during the installation of my inground pool 3 years ago and every year for on-going maintenance and cleaning services. They are outstanding! "Our family just took delivery of a pool remodel completed by Yailas Pools. We cannot express how happy we are with the final product and look forward to a making a lifetime of memories in the backyard. We called several well known builders in the area and most were so busy that they did not even return our calls, some were polite enough to tell us to wait for next year, and the ones that did pick up the phone did not want to take on the job since the site is admittedly challenging (existing pool, little room to navigate machinery) and we insisted on using our own tradesmen for parts of the remodel. After making contact with Yailas Pools, the principle/owner, Dio Lara showed up the next day. He understood our budget and timeline and never tried to upsell my wife and earned our business when he talked us out of installing a salt water system (nothing wrong with them but our site would make discharging the water very challenging). We kept the same shape but opted to raise the depth from 9ft to 6ft, install travertine coping, a sundeck with umbrella sleeves, and add (6) deck jets. The Yailas Pool team was always very professional and maintained a clean worksite. They would take the time to explain the steps in the construction process and educate us on ownership and maintenance since we're first time pool owners. As with any construction project, you're at the mercy of the weather but anytime there was delay due to weather or material lead times it was communicated to us. In my opinion, remodels are more difficult than new builds since you're working within the existing parameters and not with a clean slate. Yailas Pools is owner-operated and a family business. They are just that rightsize where they're still hungry and every customer counts but they're not too small that they cannot keep up with communication and deadlines.
