"I would love to give them 10 zeros if I could. I had to wait forever to speak to a human being to schedule for a visit. When I called in September I was told that the earliest available spot they have is in November. After waiting for the appointment day desperately, I took off from work, I pulled out my child from school and drove to the appointment to find out that the doctor left early to perform a surgery somewhere else. As we arrived the "receptionist" talked to us very passively and surprised as if we have done something weird. After she walked back and forth she said a reminder text was sent to me the previous day and a call they made was declined. They sent a reminder text with the actual time on Wednesday and another one with a different time the next day. But the reminder didn't mention that a change of time was made or no voice mail was left a voice mail about the change. When I saw a different time on the 2nd text I thought it was a typo. Because instead of @2:40 it says @10:40 I couldn't think that they would change the appointment to whatever time they want with out talking to me. I still couldn't understand how on earth that they thought I don't have other commitments and decide for me. I didn't expect such a big practice would do this to a patient after such a long wait. I felt my child's frustration as she was so desperate to get the help she needs. It is very embarrassing and disappointing. You should know better how painful it could be for parents to see their children's disappointment. Also you should know that just like you we all have to work, and our children have to be in school."
