"I had a fairly decent experience. The installation was beautiful! The only concern I had was the communication leading to the install. I signed in October and heard from no one until I called to ask questions the week before delivery. I was very confused by the process leading to the date of installation. I did added drawers to my order, and was told I'd be contacted in a few days with an official date for delivery. I'm sure I'll have to call to check and verify that as well. As stated above, the installer and installation were both great, but communication is key with anything and it could/could've been better."

"Beautifully made, thick wood cabinets and drawers gave me the kitchen storage I needed. Worth the price! My only issue is the customer service personnel that call and set up the schedule is not very personable."
