"This pool is a lovely pool but Managment needs a talking to. She is rude and obtuse and in the event which i am about to describe she acted inappropriately to what would be expected of her to. On 6/15 me and my family were enjoying the pool when one child decided to push another age 12 into the pool on top of me. As a result I recieved cuts from her nails, several bruises, and a large bump on my head. I was not upset until instead of appologizing I was laughed at by the group of kids for asking if she was ok. Because of this my sister had some choice words which I believe were apt. Given the situation. I retreated to the restroom to clean my wounds and gather myself. On exiting I found my sister ,who was having a conversation with the manager, was being told that she was in the wrong fo her choice words. Then as I stood there trying to explain my concerns, I was told if I stopped talking she would explain to me. As an autistic individual It is difficult for me to communicate thuroughly, so this was beyond frustrating. We were told she would talk with the children. Which we did witness occur. However all were wandering the pool after and seemed to have no problem walking past me pointing and talking loudly about my becoming nervous and saying " did you hear what she said? It sounded so weird" In reference to my nervous babble when leaving. I understand children are just trying to have fun, and the incident itself was not the pool staff's fault. However the blaitant disregarding of my and my sisters concerns and the treatment we recieved due to the incident was sub par. To this I would have to say, if you cant handle courteous customer service then you should not be a manager. As this is not the first time she has come off as corse and rude I suggest a discussion be had."

"The Woodstock Pool is a great spot and an excellent town institution. Over the past several years they have made a lot of progress being not only a place to swim, but a fun place to spend a summer day whether you are an adult or a kid. The pool itself is incredibly nice, the place is clean and well maintained, and the staff are wonderful. A visit should be in your future!"

"My mom and I came here for the first time one day last week and absolutely loved it. The staff was amazing-The manager even came up to us and introduced herself to us personally because she had never seen us there before. It's super clean and very well-maintained. Will be going back often!"
