"Dr Randolph helped me deliver our child after a serious complication with my uterus. She listened to me on my birth plan and was open and honest. We ended up having to do a C-section where my uterus tore during surgery . She was calm and professional and was able to get me and baby taken care of safely . Forever grateful she was the Dr on call . Highly recommend the practice and Dr Randolph."

"I would give a zero if that was an option. my experience with the billing department was awful. They made a mistake with the pricing and then blamed the insurance company and me. I do not have the codes they charge insurance with for the procedure. They have them. they are supposed to send all of them to the insurance company to get the pricing I am responsible for. They made a mistake and blamed me and my insurance. Then the girl who sits at the entrance was not nice to me with her friend at the billing department. When she asked me if I am paying I said yes and took out my card then she called billing department on the pretense that I was saying that I wasn't going to pay then giggled with her friend from billing department. she didn't apologize just giggled. Also when I called the billing department to get an explanation why there was a discrepancy between the price they quoted me after contacting my insurance and the real price, she recorded the conversation without letting me know. which is illegal. so in general I would say not a good experience with the office employees."

"Scheduled an appointment in April, they verified at that time that my insurance was accepted and now they wait until the day before my appointment to tell me they don’t accept my insurance. They said they would still accept me but I would have to pay OVER $400. Absolutely ridiculous. I wish they would have just be honest with me at the beginning. I was trying to get this taken care of before I left for school hence why I scheduled the appointment so far in advance. Now they have Inconvenienced me, so I have to wait another 6 months to get an appointment with a different doctor. If you are looking for doctors I would not recommend going here."

"If you can make it past the rude receptionist, this is a great practice. Front desk Heather refused to schedule an appointment dealing with the reoccurrence of a cancer and (she called to schedule the appointment)demanded I couldn't be scheduled unless I paid a balance. ($13.00 and then $36.00) when questioned about the costs she became short and nasty with me. She hung up on me as well. I spoke to her supervisor who didn't seem concerned with taking my formal complaint. I love my Dr. The bedside manner and customer service of the front desk is enough to bring the overall rating down to a 2 star. Receptionist act as a liaison and are the first impression a customer has of any company. The receptionist Heather definitely failed this task."
