"No effort made towards scheduling when asked on the way out of the building when I asked "Do i need to do anything before leaving?" Was told, no, and to have a good day. You would think that would mean everything is taken care of. Three months later my meds are out and I've been waiting for an email/text/call about an upcoming appointment. I had to call and ask about it. I explained no one said I need to do that before leaving. After being told this, I was told that this was clearly my fault. I am not happy about being at fault for your staff not doing their job. There is no communication between the professionals and the staff. There is no respect for people who are reaching out for help. Businesses like this don't care about their clients, which is predatory when it comes to vulnerable people."

"Pharmacy gave me the wrong meds, tried to call my doctor to get her to fix it but the front desk wouldn't let me talk to her. So I had to go without meds. Update- Went to my doctor today to get the right medication sent to my pharmacy. She was mad about the review I left about "the business" (not her), she told me I was going to have to find a new doctor. I don't know why it's hard to find people that care."

"My daughter missed 2 appointments, that were out of our control. Then missed another because we got the time mixed up. We were getting texts reminding her of her appointments. I understand policy and offered to pay for the missed appointments. But when my daughter arrived late for that 3rd appointment the staff at the front desk was beyond rude. The one woman said YOU MUST BE IGNORANT IF YOU THINK YOU WILL BE SEEN IN THIS OFFICE AGAIN. So as my daughter starts crying the other lady said OH LOOK YOU BROKE HER! We live an hour away and a bridge toll. So my daughter is in the parking lot hysterical. I'm worried for her to be able to get home. I talked her down and she made it home. Daniel Gangie was a total blessing for my daughter. But her MENTAL HEALTH counselor told the office manager she was going to give up on my daughter anyway. Hats off to Danile but for the office staff and her counselor you should NOT be working in a mental health facility. Not to worry we have moved on to a caring provider who is willing to help."
