"Changing my rating because ever since Caitlin left the front desk, things have down way downhill. Recently, due to lost messages, I was forced off both my mood stabilizer and antidepressant for 10 days due to a combo of prescription error and terrible communication. I also recently canceled an appointment via text and called once a day 3 days in a row and left a message each time. I got a call back after the third one but whomever is at the front desk now got short with me and said "well I don't know where you left your messages" After I explained both instances she admitted to known errors in your phone system. Your front desk person should not be working in the mental health field if she's going to be snippy. 2 stars ONLY because I do like my provider, when I can get a hold of her..."
"I have been a patient of Aline Studstill for over a year. She wrote 2 prescriptions for 2 different medications. When I went to go fill it my insurance would only cover 30. When I called the pharmacy a month later to have the second 30 count filled on the original 60 count prescription the pharmacist tells me they don’t do that anymore and the FHP will have to call in another prescription. So I called CPA to get Ms. Studstill to send in a new prescription I can’t get anyone on the phone and I left a message. 3 hours goes by and I still didn’t hear from anyone so I called again and still nobody answers the phone. I called the next day and nobody answers the phone and the answering service said the place is closed which I know it’s not so I drive up there and sure enough the door is open and the receptionist is sitting behind her desk. I ask her “why is the answering service saying you guys are closed? I have been trying to reach someone in here for 2 days!” She was rude and said “we got your messages. I said well why can’t anyone call back and confirm anything? At this point the issue with my medication is still not resolved. Monday comes and I call again…no answer. Finally someone calls me back at almost 6 on Monday night and says that they will get this message to Aline. Still nothing. Tuesday I called. No answer. I got a return voice message saying “it’s in Aline’s box for review” and my medication issue HAS STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I’m going on 5 days without the second part of my medication. The apathy of this establishment is overwhelming. Look elsewhere if you want a provider who cares about your mental health."
"The lack of customer care is amazing, given that they are a mental health provider! One area they are efficient in is billing though, even when you haven't got an appointment booked!! My daughter had 3 appointments canceled and rescheduled in a row with Amanda Parks, who frequently rescheduled her, the last cancelation they didn't even offer another appointment. When I left a message to complain (BC no-one ever answers the phone) and see what was going on I got an automated call 20 minutes later with an appointment that had miraculously been scheduled for her on Saturday morning, no call, no options, just that! I declined the appointment bc A: she can't do Saturday and B: I am taking my daughter elsewhere...to add insult to injury I have just opened my inbox to find a receipt from them for my co-pay which has been charged today?!?!? Seriously! Beyond disappointed, my daughters well-being is obviously not as high a priority as billing is, huh?"
"I had an appointment today that i scheduled over a month ago. I get to the place and because it was over i year since last time i was there i had to fill some paperwork. After filling all the papers the receptionist told me that i needed to provide credit card information. I told her i do not feel comfortable because every single piece of information from my card would be just written on a piece of paper. She told med that sadly the therapist(Walter Johnson) i was seeing wont see a patient without the credit card info. My insurance covers the whole visit(Tricare) and from previous visits they never asked for that. She said is a new policy and i respect that but what i found irritating is taking time off from work, driving 30 mins to get on time to my appointment and then i get the new info about policy change. I think they could have call the patients or let them know in advance that it is a requirement and not make people waste time or feel pressure to provide information they do not want to share because otherwise they cannot get the help they have been waiting to get for a long time. Stacy, the lady up from was absolutely understanding and was very nice. I appreciate her help and trying to also offer me another appointment with another counselor. Sadly it is months away so i will try to find help elsewhere."
"Great place, been there for 2+ years. I would recommend the therapist Ms. P. Billing. Contacting them and billing used to be difficult especially during the pandemic, but it changed a lot! They have a new billing system and scheduling has been no issue in recent month. As long as they keep that up, I have no complains."
