"Abby Martin was very professional. very thorough, very intelligent and did a good job"
"Truly terrible experience with this place. I relocated from out of town and they were the only office I could find taking new patients at the time (based on all the bad reviews, it's not a huge mystery why). First red flag: my very first interaction with the person I was electing as my new PCP was her complaining to me that she was overworked. Like, that's literally the first thing she said to me. Um, OK? Kind of an unprofessional way to greet a new patient, but whatever. She then wouldn't write me a prescription for the extremely common antidepressant I've been on for years without seeing a psychiatrist first. We're talking a medication so common that it's routinely prescribed by GPs, that I was now going to run out of, cold turkey... because reasons? So they (allegedly) sent a referral request and they said the psych office would call me to schedule the appointment. A few weeks pass and I haven't heard anything, so I called the psych office myself and they told me they'd received no referral request. After seeing my new PCP for next month's visit, finally got the referral to go through. So I went to this psych office where I found out the guy they hooked me up with was not a psychiatrist, nor any other kind of doctor/nurse. He was a faith-based 'therapist' who wasted an hour of my time and who knows how much insurance money to ask me if I believed in god and then to tell me he can't even make a diagnosis or prescribe anything. Awesome, back at square one with the psych help. At my next appointment with the PCP I told her what happened and that I still didn't have a diagnosis nor a prescription for the psych med I'd been out of for over a month now. She didn't seem to care, and told me it could take months to find an actual psych doctor... which again, I'd literally never even required before moving to this practice. There are some other really unprofessional/straight up incorrect things that I was told by staff at the BS office that I won't get into, but I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone who values their health and/or sanity. It's very obvious that they don't actually care about their patients."
"My wife had a new patient appointment here today to establish a new primary care thanks to insurance changing. MA was very rude, she waited 45 mins after her appointment time before getting up and leaving. On her way out she spoke with the receptionist who only said "Awwww ok" as she left.....not even a half hearted apology, no offer to reschedule, no "let me see how much longer".....seriously What an amazing way to set the tone for patients. Don't waste your time scheduling here."
"Agree with other comments. This is not the place to make your Primary Care. Appointments have been rescheduled by them while I am on the way to the appointment. Last visit was enough. I sat in the room for an hour after vitals were taken and was not seen. Opened door a few times to remind the team I was there. Walked out and notified reception of the issue and asked not to be charged a “no show” fee. So. Let’s see if that happens."
"My first visit was amazing. I was so impressed by Dr. Patel and her staff. The facility had a lot of equipment for tests that made it convenient for me when I needed an x-ray and blood work. Then it quickly went down hill from there. They wrote my prescription wrong and it took 3 attempts at calling them to get it worked out. Then it happened the next time it was refilled as well. Every time you try to call the office it's very difficult to get through and the automated phone system often hangs up on you. The final straw for me, I had an appointment just to get blood work for my prescription. It was an early morning appointment and that morning there was a terrible storm with wind and a torrential downpour. There were accidents every way I tried to come and I ended up being 10 minutes late. They told me I was going to have to reschedule! THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE WAITING ROOM! Awful....just awful. Even today I learned that CVS has been contacting them since last month to get my prescription refilled and no response. I made an appointment with another Dr.'s office. This is the worst Dr.'s office I've ever encountered."
