"I went into physical therapy reluctantly and with a lot of resistance because I truly felt that it was not going to do a thing for me. My thoughts were they couldn't do anything for me going there that I couldn't do at home. I went in and gave it a fair shot. I am so glad I did! I get filled with emotion when I think back about how I was and felt when I first went there compared to how I am and feel today. My main therapist was Jordan, but I worked with others when it was necessary. I let them show me that their methods really do work if I was willing to do my part. I'm not saying that I am completely free of the conditions I went in for, but you have to understand I have a new lease on life now! I have my independence and myself respect back. I don't feel like an invalid anymore. I know so much better why I hurt here or ate there and I have been equipped with an arsenal of simple exercises that help relieve the discomfort and stiffness I once dealt with to the point where I couldn't live my life because I was afraid to be out in public by myself for fear of falling or tripping or having to take a few steps and sit down, etc. This is a group of intelligent, highly educated and compassionate people who will work with you patiently and deliberately if you are willing to work yourself. You owe it to yourself to do all you can do to help yourself. I think Phoenix physical therapy is a great place to start. I don't regret being there at all!"

"If it was possible to give a rating higher than 5 stars I honestly would. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with my experience here. I went in for a knee injury that I neglected to address for about half a year. They contacted me after my referral from my GP went through and I was able to get an appointment that same week. There was never a wait when I got to my appointments. I got back to being pain free way faster than I expected. It only took about 8 visits after my initial evaluation! Unless I move out of the area I'll never go anywhere else for physical therapy. I saw the therapist Morgan for my evaluation and initial few visits. She was fantastic, professional and challenging. Truly fun to work with. Jordan then took over and working with him was just as great. He honed and built on the exercises/movements I was already doing. He explained the purpose and benefit of everything he had me do and suggested variations if something wasn't feeling quite right. He even gave me the confidence to start doing deadlifts again. I used love doing them, but I hadn't done them in a long time because I was too self-conscious for non-injury reasons. Now I'm confidently getting back at it! That's worth as much to me as having a pain free knee!!! Special shout out to Pam for sticking with me during my wobbliest of exercises."
