Unfortunately, a simple billing question and communication to resolve it was overshadowed by the rudeness of the owner Ms. Dawkins. We’ve NEVER had an outstanding balance and ALWAYS paid on time. One miscommunication and sadly we are left finding another therapist. A simple heads up notification that a contract billing policy was finally being implemented would’ve been nice. I could’ve made timely changes to my online portal and update my billing information. My question and request for a notification of implementation was met with rudeness. She may have felt my inquiry was aggressive but that wasn’t my intention. As the client’s parent I should’ve read my contract again as I was so rudely told by Ms. Dawkins."
