"Go to office and day of appointment found out about charges I knew nothing about. Said I should not have had an appointment because I had a balance. Ok so why wasn’t I told about this balance over the phone? So they wouldn’t let me have my appointment. Wasn’t prepared for an unpaid balance. Paid everytime I went. Not sure what they are doing with the money in there!!"

"Staff in office and Dr were nice. I had my initial appointment on December 16th and despite numerous follow ups and being told someone will call, they still have not been able to schedule a home sleep study for me. It's now the end of January and still nothing. I think I'll be trying a different route."

"I do NOT recommend this office, I think this office should close its doors. Patients SHOULD NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! The staff that works in this office does not care about the health of the patients, they do not have professionalism, they do not have empathy with the patient, they do not follow up on referrals. The documents are lost and then they tell you "we don't know where they are". Please do not bring your loved one to this office. After 3 weeks sending them documents and waiting to see a neurologist, they tell me that they do not accept ANTHEM HEALTH KEEPER, making us waste time. YOU ARE BLAME!!! This will go into legal matters. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE."

"I'm sorry, but I don't know what the deal is with these awful reviews. My wife and I are both patients here, and I have had no less than 5 visits with these folks. The doctors and PA's have been helpful, have answered all my questions, and repeatedly endorsed how important it was to follow-up and make appointments on time, or penalties will follow. It was never a secret. I will tell you that they have my health in mind as I have a secure case of a sleeping disorder. So severe that they made amends and fast tracked me to continue my study in order to get me the proper care. All I have to say is follow the proper necessities of any transaction: show up on time, be courteous and pay your bills. Even if you can't pay on time, COMMUNICATE and they can work with you!"

"I received a letter yesterday stating they will no longer allow me to be a patient due to my "non compliance". I called to see what they were talking about, and they stated because I missed my March and April payment, they will no longer see me. Keep in mind, it's still April so this was in the works halfway through the month. Instead of calling to see if there was an issue, they immediately jumped to dismissing me as a patient. This is a medical facility that is in it just for the money without concern of a patient's well being. Yes, I was ONE month late on my bill. I apologize and hope they can find the desirable patients that they want. Not that they want to help, but ones that will never fall even one month behind. There are too many good doctors offices out there to have to put up with this type of treatment from a non caring group. From the other reviews I have read, I'm not alone in my opinion."
