"scheduled an appointment online. i dont believe i received a call to confirm but the appointment was for monday. i did receive email confirmations and reminders! did the e check in through mychart to speed things up. went in a few mins before time, waited about an hour, then was called. it was a long wait but im assuming everywhere is understaffed right now so what can you really do when everyone is doing their job as quickly and accurately as possible! i was in and out after that, it took about 5-10 mins for everything after being called, including talking to the doctor because i didnt have many questions. everyone was nice and it was a good atmosphere. overall, a fine experience and i would recommend the location for what you need!"

"Last month, I scheduled an appointment for December 23rd 2023. After regular text and email reminders (I even received one the day before the appointment - yesterday!), I drove up to this location just to realize it was closed. Me and another patient’s family stood outside the building for at least an hour and called the office multiple times with no answer before finally giving up, getting back into our cars, and driving away. There was a sign on the door that said they would be closed December 21 and resume services on December 22 onward. Is that was the case, then why were your doors locked? Why weren’t patients notified? I’m a little annoyed for wasting my time at this place."

"Reviewing for my significant other. They ignore appointments. Unstaffed or whatever excuse they may give, it’s unacceptable to make an appointment and then wait 40 minutes beyond that appointed time before even being brought in. While the doctors/staff have the knowledge of care getting seen is a nightmare. Oh, and don’t even think about missing an appointment because the reproductions are canceled medications and being ignored when you call only to leave a message. Their call in lines are so confusing and busy you’ll be forced to leave a message during business hours only to have them ignored. If you manage to get seen plan to spend 2 hours there for what would be 30 minutes anywhere else. Hugely disappointing. If you can get the services you need done anywhere else do that. Avoid this place."

"I’ve spent 4-5 hours a day calling over and over to try and schedule an appointment because their online appointment system isn’t working for the type of appointment I need. They don’t answer the phone or return any voicemails EVER. I’ve spent 15 hours this week trying to get an appointment. Id give zero stars if it was possible."
