"They do not follow up with their patients."
"Wait time is horrible! 1st time patient appointment is 10:00 but here we sit still waiting and no explanation. When I ask how much longer she says your appointment is 10:30 and there is 3 people in front of you. Really. My husband is ready to walk out the door. He left work at 9:00 to be here at 10:00. You shouldn't have to sit in a waiting room waiting to see the doctor for an hour! Schedule patients accordingly people. Not 5 at the same freakn time. Duh! Money hungey doctors burn me up!"
