"I had been slated to get physical therapy here. I'm sure it's a wonderful facility. However my appointment kept getting pushed out and pushed out due to unavailable doctors and people being out I had back pain at the time which was a serious matter. I eventually gave up on scheduling a spinal therapy with these guys. It was too frustrating to schedule an appointment with the staff eventually I just gave up. And this was after I had been transported to the ER for back pain and had to get injections. And it took way too long to get an appointment and now I'm having to go through riverside. I don't know if they werewn on staff or what It was more trouble than it was worth to get an appointment here."

When conducting any procedure he thoroughly explained what he was going to do and the expectation for each movement. Throughout the entire therapy, he asked how I felt and if there were any questions. Great patient care."

"The staff is great, a little under-aggressive I think. Probably 10-15 minutes of one-on-one time per session. For that, my insurance was billed $480 per session not even close to what was allowed. I ended up with a bill for the rest. Be careful. Ask them to give you an estimate of the number of sessions and make sure you know what you are going to be responsible for. It would have been cheaper and more product to hire a personal trainer with a physical therapy background. Very expensive for the results."
