"This is my first time being seen by Dr Robert Fell. It was NOT a good experience. He was short with me, cut me off when I was trying to explain some of the health issues I've been dealing with these past few months and responded to my questions very sarcastically. I'm a grown man, I do not need someone to hold my hand and care for me like a mother. But I do expect patients, a little bit of kindness and sincerity when it comes to my concerns. I mentioned to the nurse downstairs that I wasn't pleased with my first appointment with my doctor. I didn't even had to say his name. She responded "Dr Fell?" I said "yes, I'm not the first to complain about him?" She said unfortunately No."

"I don’t recommend it’s been a headache since I’ve started going here no one returns calls ! Results can show something is wrong no one will call to inform you or anything !! It’s crazy"

"This is the worst office I have had the misfortune of being at. I have been sitting here for an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment with no signs of being seen in the near future. I have spoken with the front office 3 times already to try to help but they could not care less. I have to leave now without being seen and will undoubtedly have to come back out of MY way to be seen another time. Which means that my issue will have to wait and no be addressed and I will have to waste my time and gas to return at no fault of my own. It's good to know that they obviously do NOT care about thier patients. I would highly recommed looking elsewhere before wasting your time at this office!!"
