"Amazing—from the staff to the prosthetist, JD. Our daughter was born with a congenital limb deficiency that caused her foot to not be fully formed. We started working with Hanger on the West coast, with the most recent prosthesis not being very good and causing my daughter to decrease in activity due to the overall discomfort of it. Not only that, but a few months after having it, it cracked. We tried Hanger in VA and couldn’t be MORE appreciative of JD and the staff at this location. When we brought in the cracked prosthesis, JD was able to fix it up in a way that my daughter could still at least get around while a new one was being made. The new one has been THE BEST yet! My daughter was able to finally wear boots with a zipper and has been way more active with this new prosthesis. We cannot thank JD enough!! The front desk staff is also very helpful and pleasant in our interactions with them. When we missed an appointment due to work schedules, they were very quick to reschedule and were even able to get us in for the same week! Thank you, all, so much!"

"This review is solely on the front desk staff. My family walked in and we were not greeted or even acknowledged. After signing in and standing there for a minute the woman at the front desk not only did not smile but was extremely rude. She is the epitome of what you do not want at the front desk of a establishment. I’m hoping my son gets the care he needs at Hanger from the Doctor since our experience here the first 10 minutes have been less than ideal from the staff they’ve confidently hired."

"Had knee surgery in April. Because I am a full figured woman with large legs, knee braces are hard to find and many do not fit properly or won't stay up. This establishment will help you to get as close as possible to your larger size fit. I'm blessed to have been referred to them."
