"This was my first time visiting this office, Thursday, Jan 11, 2024 about 5:30-6pm. I left work and walked in the office in tears due to pain. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I knew I had to give them a try. I’m so glad I did. I was very impressed!! The Front staff and the Techs that helped me were very nice and Professional. NP Dale was great! He was very informative, and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and I was comfortable explaining my situation. When he reviewed my X-ray results I felt a sigh of relief. I finally had someone that could figure out what my issue was and give me something to help with my pain. He didn’t issue pills like the local Hospital did. He recommended a shot to help with my discomfort. I already feel relief after one day! Today is Friday and I was able to sit in my chair at work and not have to stand up with discomfort half of the day. I am thankful for him. I will visit them again for my follow up appointment.
