"The front desk is the worst. They don’t communicate period. I came in at the last minute and wasted money there because of lack of communication. I called and told them I was a suboxone patient which was not relayed. I also expressed that I would like to come off my Xanax. After putting together a plan and calling dr. Arboleda on the phone and gettting suggestions, she says she doesn’t feel comfortable weaning me off a medically accepted dose by a DOCTOR. I mean what are you trained for. Then to not offer a refund after Your front desk messed everything up who could of avoided this mess. Time to retire dr arboleda your NP’s are incompetent. She kept referring me to Farley center which I told her 20 times I can’t afford! Luckily I have found a trained MD(MD key word there not NP) who is willing to take me off everything and and said given the right medications you can slowly and safely taper an 8mg dose. Thanks for nothing but a long wait and unnecessary paperwork and terrible staff. All these good reviews are for Dr Arboleda who no longer takes new patients. This place took my money with a smile on their face but kicked me out the door after spending and hour with y’all."
