"They helped me get what I needed to get my son into school, his Dr is the best."
"DO NOT GO HERE! Front desk is nasty and rude and have a don't care attitude. They're unprofessional and all they do is gossip about people. This is a place I would not be bringing my mom back to for NOTHING. They just don't care. 0 stars"
"I’ve been taking my child here for 4 years and I love her doctors and nurses but the people up front the desk in the middle the lady is rude and unprofessional and can’t hear correctly. I’ve had a few problems with the front and iam done I will be removing my child to a better facility. You are always suppose to keep it professional ."
"Doctors are very good in this medical center. I have been visiting this for last six years but the supporting stuff is the worst and that forced me to change my son's PCP. The office stuff is careless regarding patient's information and their address. They do not care about information update at all and that cost me lots of money. Even once I paid them just to update my residence address around $8 they said this is for printing cost. I have never heard to charge just to modify patient address. During last six year I have to change my apartment three times. Still they are sending me letters where I was staying 5 years ago. Though I informed them every time there is any change in my address. Because of their fault, I lost Child Tax Credit (CTC) because the doctors visiting address does not establish the child address with his parent. That was completely their mistake and when I went them for the correction, they did with a charge of $8 but still IRS does not accept the correction. That happened last year in October, after all those correction still they are sending us letter in the oldest address where I lived 6 years ago just for few months. This is not professional at all."
"Came in to get a chipped front tooth filled out. I got X-Rayed $35, fine. I was given 2 appointment dates from there. One to deal with the several small cavities and my chipped tooth which should have been $35, but they charged me $40. Fine, small price to pay. And then another which would be $80 for a deep scaling because my last cleaning was 7 years ago. Okay, more than fair. So I get there for my cavity fill-ins and suddenly they’re telling me, we only do one tooth at a time because our appointments are ONLY 15 minutes. I was waiting for 45 minutes in that chair for anyone to see me. So I don’t understand, what the appointment was for. So here I am missing out on a days work for one fill-in. Why not do the entire side at least? I schedules my appointment like 3 weeks in advance. What do you mean? I would have scheduled them all together if that were the case. Ontop of that it’s $40 per appointment. So what’s the deal here?"
