"I wanted to share an unfortunate experience my daughter had at M.D Express Urgent Care. I suggested my daughter go in for a visit after being sick for over a week. She waited patiently for almost 3 hours and was seen by Dr. David Rosenberg DO. We have never in my life encountered such an unprofessional physician. My daughter was in tears after her interaction with this physician. Now let’s get into the details of her experience. ~physician stopped mid sentence after suggesting she take Sudafed, after his displeasure of patient texting Mom his diagnosis. ~failed to continue to give medical advice and stated “you’re texting on your phone”. He laughed and left the treatment room and said continue what you’ve been doing, after it was already stated no medication was helping to relieve symptoms. ~ Advised physician that my daughter was simply relating to mom what he suggested. His response was “You should’ve asked for permission first” ~physician failed to do a full exam, only looked in my daughters ears and nose and stated “it doesn’t appear you have the flu or covid, would you like a test” in a very sarcastic manner. Like come on, you’re the physician here. ~failed to test for the flu and Covid ~triage nurse agreed with my daughter that it’s likely an infection due to the pressure my daughter experienced on her face. (She has a history of sinus infections so she knew exactly what it was). ~ refused to provide antibiotics stated my daughter needed to wait 14 days first (after a week of feeling terrible). ~He refused to come back into the room, after insisting the nurse have him return to address his poor treatment of me (laughing and failed to diagnose and prescribe medication). He denied his behavior, of course and stated he had to cough underneath his mask. What a joke - keep in mind, he walked into the room coughing so it wasn’t hard to distinguish between the two. After this terrible experience, my daughter then drove to Suffolk to see another physician, where she received a proper exam, antibiotics, along with other medications (one being a steroid because the sinus infection was so severe). Please avoid this physician at ALL COST. As a medical school, student they do not TEACH THIS BEHAVIOR. MY HOPES IS TO SAVE SOMEONE ELSE FROM THIS PISS POOR TREATMENT."
"Dr Burke was great! Very knowledgeable and explained his care plan in a way that was easy to understand. He also knew which pharmacies were open. Intake nurse told me I couldn’t change my choice of pharmacy once she input it into the system. (I’m not sure why she made me pick on the spot even after I asked for some time to Google pharmacies that were still open) the intake nurse was a bit cold in demeanor. The Doctor was more than willing to change my choice of pharmacy. The younger brunette nurse that came after the Doctor to administer medication (Breathing treatment and prednisone) during the time I was there was very sweet and personable. I was in and out in a flash. Will continue to come here in the future."
"The front office was amazing, the nurse who helped our toddler was full of smiles and caring. The PA who helped diagnose Ruth was phenomenal! Excellent care."
