"Took my daughter in for an ear infection and she had to do a covid test because apparently its a sympton of covid now. Who knew??? Asked if she could use the bathroom and they would not allow her until the test came back. 20 minutes later we were allowed to get her the proper care from the doctor. Worse service I have ever recieved. I will give the doctor credit she was great."
"My wife and I changed PCMs about 8-12 months ago from our military treatment facility due to the long drive. We were typically seen by NP Lois Brown who always had a resident practitioner in tow providing excellent training. SHE IS A PHENOMENAL PRACTITIONER! Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the front office staff and Tricare Referral Coordinator. Each and every time we interacted with them whether over the phone or in person they were rude and abrupt. Apparently they have enough clientele that customer service is not so important to them. We will miss Lois Brown, she really took care of us."
