"My couple experiences here have been satisfactory, so I wouldn't need to add any constructive criticism EXCEPT for these pictures. The office brand (because the two locations have the same type of style) adds a bit of negativity to the atmosphere. You are surrounded by all the "DO NOT" rules, rather than the "DO THIS" rules. I get that some people come here with a bad attitude, but reinforcing the fact makes it worse? If you want good attitudes, promote that rather than complaining about not having it. Anyway, other than that, this is a fairly fast-paced tax preparation agency"
