"ABA department is subpar. BCBA provided supervision to a child via Telehealth and fell asleep multiple times. Supervisors lie to keep staff/ clients around. Several Clients parents have reached out to ex- staff members just to ask for other services providers due to not being happy with services."
"My daughter has been with Civitas for 4 years and had 9 different counselors. The problem is not the counselors, they all quit because of the company. Our last counselor explained to me almost in tears how she adored my daughter,but couldn't work for the company anymore. The crazy part about all this is that the owner personally called my daughter's mom and promise her that they will do better. I sat here and listened to the entire conversation, but in my mind, all I heard was "please don't leave us,we need those checks coming in!" Smh ⁸"
"Had an appointment over a month ago they have billed my insurance but I still have not heard back from my son’s appointment. I have called multiple times left many messages to be called back. This has been ridiculous!"
