I went out to the car with my wife coming out SHORTLY after! They HAD NOT properly informed her what she needed to bring to her appointment with the receptionist being rather smart to her! The office manger came outside and told, you are refusing your appointment! My wife informed her because of my heath conditions I should not be setting in a car on a 90 degree day!! At the time wife wife informed her she would reschedule to which the office manager was persistent about her appointment, my wife informed her she was upsetting her to which the office manager did not slow down on her persistence!!
