"I've never ordered glasses anywhere before and walked in and they just handed them to me and said have a nice day. Not fitted... No one ever went over with me what I was paying for... And I was told they made an exception by giving me a receipt. Which still it didn't explain to me what I paid for. Glasses are falling off of my face because they were never fit. It is what it is, but I'll never go back to this location."
