"Jus about every interaction I’ve had with this office has gone bad. The wait times are totally insane. You will wait in the outer area sometimes up to 2 hours, and then get in the back and wait another 45 minutes. They constantly have to reschedule appointments. I was scheduled for a procedure today at 11:30am. I arrived at 11:05am, just to be told by the receptionist I would have to reschedule yet again because the doctor was ill. Do you think they could have called me at home and told me that???? Worst ever!!!"
