"I was recently given an appointment with a naturopath (doctor??) without being told This is just so appalling I had seen the nurse practitioner Carolyn Leonard for years and got very good care She left and I saw Dr Jenkins a few times but he retired shortly after I saw him I think he actually carried this place When I call usually straight to voicemail with a full mailbox During my last visit a girl with a LPN badge walked in and she was the most competent person there I don’t even think this place has a qualified provider working there at this point I will not even say what I think about the administration who allow the receptionist to do this or the receptionist A few people in the past who answered the phone were good…. After Covid mostly receptionists grew huge rude non customer service balls This place is actually a non profit and due to poor management probably won’t be around long Just run like HE double hockey sticks and get away Yours truly Edit/response I was definitely there Thursday and saw Dr Jenkins a few times since June 2023. This just proves everything Arguing with me about something I know even if it is a paperwork mistake I can give you credit in that some patients might not have a problem and will just go along with whatever"

"Best dentist I have ever been to in my almost 30 years of life. Everyone is always friendly and professional. The dentist takes her time and makes sure I am comfortable. Def recommend Update: all the dentists quit so dont bother trying to make an appointment. It's already a haatle trying to cal them because you cant reach this exact front desk location you speak to an operator Update 2: Crown that they did was put in wrong now I have a dull ache and have to get it fixed"

"This place is by far the most disorganized doctors office I’ve ever been to! The staff are very unprofessional and you can tell there is a lack of training. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone! They are constantly loosing healthcare workers and even administrative positions and they never get back to you on time or sometimes never. As a patient, we expect our doctors and their offices to take care of us, we shouldn’t have to be “cleaning up behind” someone - it sucks because a lot of people don’t even have a choice but to go to this office because of their insurance - it’s a sad situation."

"Now, I have not been to this location and meet with a doctor yet, but I wanted to leave a review for Shaniko, Sierra, and Marticia (I apologize if I don't get the spelling correct). Unfortunately, many primary care offices are booked out for new patient appointments, so I have been calling around to a few offices. But, my initial call and every time I've called this office to check for cancelation I was greeted with patience, understanding, and care. I never felt rushed or that I was being annoying. Shaniko was very patient and helpful. Before today, a different medical group had a sooner appointment but I was not treated with the same care and kindness over the phone. So, I had been calling to see if I could get a sooner appointment with a provider in this group just based off how I was treated over the phone."

"This is the second time I would take my mum here. It’s indeed a good facility. All staffs were friendly. Dr. Jenkins was helpful and patient with my mum. Explained in detail the plan of care. Will definitely recommend for someone especially people with no health insurance."
