"I truly wish I could give zero stars. My husband‘s first appointment went well. He had a second appointment scheduled. He was in severe ear pain due to what he was dealing with. He called to reschedule an earlier appointment to see the doctor. The receptionist scheduled a time for the same day of his call, went to the appointment. They did not have a appointment for him. They all denied answering the call. Finally one of the receptionist admitted to taking the call, but stated he was lying about the day they had only rescheduled his appointment for the initial day, instead of rescheduling it for that day like they stated they had. It would have been OK if someone had just said hey, sorry we messed up but they continued to try and blame it on us. We had confirmed the time we had confirmed the doctor and they were still stating that we were lying then the lady that admitted to answering the phone sat at the counter, laughing after we were told, they would do nothing to see us on the date they said they would, take accountability for your actions. Everyone is human we all make mistakes, but such nasty personality with lying!"

"Dr noticed my daughter swollen tonsils over a month ago…gave her amoxicillin which did not work. I explained to her she has difficulty breathing when she sleeps and she keeps putting off just taking the tonsils out. She swobbed my daughters throat 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard any results of it…I went and got a second opinion from VCU and her surgery is scheduled. Go to a doctor that puts your child as a priority even with 1000 patients."

"Literally had to keep rescheduling for a 5 minute procedure. Woo not be going back. I've never been to a place where the Dr Calls out n they can't find anyone willing to help you since you are there and Dr is not. 45 minutes later I'm told to leave after being checked in. Dr is out sick! But then I'm late bc they have a 10 minute grave not 15 and I'm 15 minutes late they take 10 more minutes to tell me I can't be seen. I'm over it. The medical field is really going down hill with customer service."

"I do not understand the bad reviews here. EVERYONE who I have encountered here has been helpful, nice and professional! I recommend this place to everyone!!!! My child has been symptom free from horrible allergies. She got sick almost every week. As for me, I used to have ear infections once a month, now I have not had one since!!!! Give them a shot!!! They are truly the best!"

"120$ to tell me that I have allergies, which was the reason why I came to get an allergy test. Scheduled allergy test 2 months later, and I received a phone call stated the schedule at 10. I took off work and arrived at 10. Front desk informed me that the schedule was actually 9 and there's nothing they can do because I'm late so they reschedule in 2 months later."
