"Will not be returning. The practice has definitely transitioned downhill since it is no longer privately owned. My family and I were patients for over 15 years and this last visit was it. It's clear that patient advocacy is no longer a priority now that Covid is here to stay. Staff has high turnover. Doctor had an attitude and made several incorrect statements during a life changing appointment for my daughter. Doctor admitted to not knowing anything about her condition. That should have been diagnosed during childhood, which my child was seen by the doctor her whole life. Denied getting sufficient notes from the specialist treating her condition but then quoted statements from the visit with the specialist. Again no longer feel like cooperate medicine is appropriate for us."
