"A few years ago I was having some low back issues and after seeing recommendations for Dr Pugh on both my neighborhood and gym Facebook pages I decided to make an appointment. Dr Pugh listened to me, provided an individualized, practical treatment plan and provided some exercises for me to do between appointments. After seeing him a few times my pain was much better and now I go every few months for routine care. I do pretty intense workouts 6 days a week and I consider these visits a an integral part of my recovery activities. "Ive been seeing Dr. Pugh for years and he is hands down the best chiropractor I've ever had. I love that he combines acupuncture with chiropractic which I have not seen anywhere else and the combination offers me more pain relief than Ive ever gotten from a pill.
