"One receptionist kept marching into the waiting room and demanding that everyone "SMILE!! What's wrong?? Today is a good day, come on, SMILE!" People are there waiting for colonoscopies. The prep is awful and some patients are surely worried about getting very bad news. Let people have whatever facial expression they want to have while waiting for their cancer screening. Demanding that patients smile in the waiting room is unprofessional and insensitive."
"I have been to this facility twice and both times my experiences were exceptional. From my registration with the friendly and charismatic front desk folks all the way through to my discharge. Each nurse or staff member showed compassion and attentiveness throughout which made my visits top notch. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to do my procedures."
"So grateful for the efforts of this team - Yay, Dr. Davis for his empathy(!) on what was not my best day. To all - from the kind, warm welcome at the front to anesthesia team and Rodney and Jill - thank you for taking good care of me!"
"Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful when I got my endoscopy done. Didn't feel a thing afterwards, was back to normal immediately. I have had zero issues with this place. It wasn't a long wait either. I waited for maybe a little over 20 minutes. Update: I gotta lower it one star, I didnt pay attention to the fact that I have esophagitis, but they didn't prescribe one thing after finding out. Thinking about it, they didn't even say to try and stop smoking or to change anything at all. Just to come in 2 months later for another endo. How would anything progress well in 2 months if I don't stop or cut down smoking and if I don't take anything for it? Idk, doesn't seem like a very proactive approach at all. Was just thinking about all this earlier while reading about Esophagitis again. Still no other complaints though."
"I had my first endoscopy and colonoscopy today. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, the nurses were more than patient and helpful with all my nervous questions despite them being obviously busy. In fact everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. I felt very safe and like I was in good hands. Dr. Adams made sure I felt confident about my results before I was wheeled out and left with a plan. I have been in and out of hospitals and doctors offices my entire life and despite the circumstances this was probably the best experience I've ever had."
