"The front office staff is helpful, diverse, and professional. Dr. Beveridge is the most responsive physician I have ever had. He actually reads messages on the patient portal, and has the nurses call if he has concerns. If I call with a question, they get back to me the same day. It's good to have a doctor who really cares!"

"The front desk staff are absolutely terrible. When you walk in you don’t feel welcome. When you call the front desk to schedule or ask a question you get attitude. Don’t bother asking to speak to the front desk manager (Jennifer) because she makes excuses for her employees unprofessional behaviors. But Dr. Motsinger is my PCP and she is nothing but wonderful. I give her 5 stars. But after the last couple experiences being terrible I won’t be back. The front desk team should be welcoming and kind but they are far from it. I do not recommend this location on wadsworth drive."

"My wife and I have been patients here for the past 2 years. Every time we arrive we are taken care of straight away and have never had a long wait time. All the staff are so kind, friendly and patient. Dr. Beveridge is our GP and we have recommended him and this practice to all of our Bon Air friends."

"Terrible service all around, I have gone here for a while now but no longer feel as if there is any care in healthcare with these people. Receptionists I have had are great one day and rude the next. Do not care about your scheduling complications for work or having babies. Don’t listen to patients about their symptoms, I had several strained muscles that caused a lot of pain, the doctors words were “it’s in your head” and prescribed me anti-inflammatories which did nothing, called on the weekend and said they wouldn’t write me a prescription and told me to take ibuprofen, I could not get out of bed for 5 days due to the pain. My injury happened Christmas Eve 2021, it is now July 2022 and I am still getting injections and medication for the injury that was “in my head” Now they will hound you because you were late 10 minutes and don’t care about your work or families needs. This place is going down the tubes with their service and will never use them again. If you like being treated as another number with lack of care then have fun with that."
