"DO NOT GO HERE! I initially went here after I was referred by a friend. My first impression was good as I thought I was going to get my skin issue resolved. I came in with a skin rash which I still have by the way, but I was told a bunch of reasons why my face could have been breaking out. Dr.Royal gave me medication and it didn’t work. She insisted on doing a biopsy on my face to get to the bottom of it. Well well…when the results came in, she said she didn’t agree with what the blood work showed. I was so upset because I knew what the results said were true. Instead of her trying to move forward and treat the issue, she left it unresolved! She cut my face, left a permanent scar and had the NERVE TO SAY…she didn’t agree with the results she sent it. After reading other comments, she has a tendency to cut people open which alerts a red flag. Either she doesn’t know what she is doing or this is considered medical malpractice and she needs to be investigated! I now have to go to another doctor and go on medication because she failed to do her job!"

"I am very disappointed in the service I received from Dr. P. Royal. I went to her for some facial fillers, in the hopes of attaining a refreshed look. To make a long story short, I came out looking worse than when I went in. In my opinion ( and the opinion of others) she did not place the fillers in the proper places. As a result it made my face look very odd!!! I reached out to her and was given the brush off and run around. The issue was never really resolved. However, it seemed like Dr. Royal was very attentive when racking up the fees for the procedures. In my opinion, the quality of care Dr. Royal provides is not the same as it was in years past. It seemed like she cared more and was very personable . Now it's like very rushy and about the money."

"They were extremely nice when I was there I got some moles removed but they missed 3 I called to reschedule I was told Dr. Royal was out of the office we scheduled another appointment they kept calling me and canceling the appointment and I never got the appointment rescheduled to have the rest of the moles removed. Very disappointing"

"if you read reviews, PLEASE read this one to save you from a terrible experience. dr love is the most incompetent derm i have ever worked with. initially i was glad i didnt have to wait forever for a new patient appointment, but eventually realized why that was the case. to be specific, she failed to cure my condition and then insisted it was cured. even did a skin biopsy for my "peace of mind" (as she put it) and once the results were positive, she still insisted the condition was gone. i felt like i was going insane when i would ask her multiple times WHY IS THIS POSITIVE IF YOU'RE SAYING IM CURED and she somehow avoided answering every single time. terrible terrible terrible derm please just find someone else. not worth your copay on your time and will ruin your sanity."
