"They tell you appointment time is 30 minutes early so you can register. Registration took less than five minutes. Unhappy about having my time disrespected. Edit: In response to the practice's response below--we were seen 34 minutes after our appointment time. We were fully checked in by 1pm which is when we were told the appointment was. Not that it mattered as Dr. Pergolizzi was so rude we walked out. He admitted he didn't read the medical records that were sent to him since everything in them wasn't relevant. Then proceeded to ask questions that he would know the answer to if he spent less time playing golf and more time doing his job. He then complained that we didn't fill out the medication list on the check in screen. There was no prompt to enter medications AND we came prepared with a paper list of all meds. We did everything we were supposed to do and were treated like garbage. I have NEVER in my life been so disrespected by a doctor."

"Simply wonderful experience. It is refreshing to be acknowledged as you walk in the door. Little wait time to be assessed, then see doctor. They keep you informed of what is the next step and how long it will take, as well as making certain you understand your medical situation and treatment suggestions, as well as taking the time to answer ANY questions without making you feel you are being rushed. I am so happy that I am able to visit this practice, instead of an alternative one."
