"I’m very pleased with the doctors in the practice however it’s impossible to reach somebody by phone. I’ve called now for 3 days at different times, trying to make an appointment but I’m put on hold indefinitely. Every time I’m forced to leave my contact information which is unacceptable for a doctors office. I could understand if it was a rare occurrence, because doctor offices do get busy, but it’s every time I call. Eventually I may have to switch to a practice who actually answers their phones."

"This practice does not care about their patients. The communication is the worst of any practice I have ever dealt with in my life. They do procedures and wait for you to contact them for a follow-up. Then when you request to have a phone conversation they try to make it an "appointment" to make you pay to follow-up with your results. All of their communication is through a portal. If you call you will wait on hold for forever and good luck getting a call back because you won't reach anyone with information. I worked with Sarah Sherman and she did not have the decency to call me back after I had an endoscopy 6 weeks ago to discuss the results. Then when I requested to talk about it and other related symptoms her nurse Teresa Huggins gave me the shortest answer in the history of medicine completed unrelated to my questions I wrote in the portal that I needed to discuss with the doctor. Completely unprofessional. I would recommend anyone who needs gastro help to go elsewhere. They won't give you the time of day and they don't care about you."

"Dr Lee was there for my mother in the hospital in 2017, I took my step dad to him for a procedure and of course when it was time for my own procedure I went to him as well. Dr.Lee is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Honest, practical, and a great manner about him."
