"Called today to schedule a visit with Dr. Shadbolt, after seeing his reviews to get a second opinion on a condition with my foot after being unsatisfied with another podiatrist. The receptionist started to schedule the appointment, and when I was explaining why I wanted to see Dr. Shadbolt, the receptionist started to tell me that Dr. Shadbolts office shared similar practices and was basically discouraging me from Makin the appointment, and the proceeded to tell me that my insurance "probably wouldn't pay" for a visit to a second podiatrist for the same reason. I was prepared to pay for the visit if I had to, I just wanted a second opinion on my condition. So I will take my business elsewhere."
