"Worst experience ever. First you have someone who doesn’t know how to file properly. He was slow and then when asked to check banking info he was unable to find it. He showed me my mortgage page and was asking if this was correct. Then we had to wait for another H&R Block lady to review what he input before we could sign and file. She had just wrapped up with someone and we were ready. Instead of taking us she decided to take someone who just walked in and asked if we could give her a few minutes. We waiting for 20 minutes before we got up and walked out. On a Saturday they are booking appointments with only 2 people in office. One who doesn’t know how to do it fully and one who is suppose to check it. They had bad customer service and I will definitely NOT be returning to this location (9006 West Broad St.)"

"I've been using H&R for years now, this year has been the fastest, easiest and most convenient filing yet; with the Online upload and tax pro handling the filing with phone calls for clarifying questions, amazing."

"I loved that they took a lingering problem of mine and made light of a heavy situation. I resolved all of my back taxes in a weekend. They were highly knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. Only criticism I have is they weren't upfront with their pricing or how their payment works. Luckily I was prepared to pay a lump sum. But I understand that they can't know a total price until after the work is done. To improve this issue, they can give a general estimate of what their services usually cost at the start or when setting the appointment. And be upfront that their services have to be paid for in full in order to process the transaction and approve of the taxes being filed"

"We had an appointment to meet a tax specialist, when we arrived, we were met with a young woman who could barely speak English. When we handed her our documents, she didn't know what she was looking at. Fortunately, we were passed onto Richard who at least knew what he was talking about. He took our documents and we made an appointment to see him a few days later. When we came in then we were told he was busy and would be with us shortly. The wait time was ridiculous. We were scheduled to meet the tax specialist at 3 pm and didn't get in to see him until 5pm. The process took about an hour and then we were footed with a $400+ bill. Services are overpriced and we don't feel like we got a good value for our money."
