"Atrocious experience. Their office does not send orders in a timely fashion (or at all, in some cases.) There is a constant queue of 20+ callers before you can speak with someone (who are presumably having the same issue) and they frankly don’t seem to care. I believe they have one lady taking the calls (who is more than likely working from home) and is more preoccupied with other tasks as opposed to sending orders to hospitals or assisting patients. Seek a doctor elsewhere."

"Very poor experience. I’m a physician myself and the nurse practitioner spoke to me for about 3 minutes and came to the conclusion my complaints were due to menopause despite having problems with insomnia since I was a child. I will not recommend this practice to my physician colleagues for sure. Office staff was nice and the facility was clean so that why I gave it 2 stars."

"I am giving five stars only because two individuals in the Midlothian office. I’m not mentioning the doctors name And unfortunately, I don’t have anything positive to say about the doctor, but as you will see below I was assisted by two individuals who went above and beyond. I have been a patient at the Boulders Pkwy location for many years and I have no complaints regarding my experience there, however I live next to the Charter Colony, Midlothian location so I set appt. For Midlothian. Phone calls answered and setting appointment was a breeze when I checked in a young gentleman, named Devon took me through the check in process, he had a wonderful smile with which he greeted me with, and went above and beyond. Unfortunately My experience with the physician was less than desirable, to make a long story short there was no concern. She seemed uninterested in concerns of my breathing, and my symptoms were very different than they’ve always been so I was looking for answers regarding that, which I didn’t get. She sent an order for an oxygen tank, which I needed as soon as possible so I asked if there was a way I could pick it up and she waved it off and said it’ll be there in a couple days. Happy to say Devon was there to assist me with the check out process and was happy to answer any questions I may have had, which I did have concerns about when I was going to receive an oxygen tank or if I could pick it up to get it faster. Devon and a young lady named Keyannah went above and beyond to ease my concerns regarding receiving the tank, to include each of them checking the system all day until the order was put in so that they could find out where the order was sent & provide me a company name and telephone number. I received a phone call first thing this morning from Keyannah with all the info needed. I have been very ill from copd/asthma and just that little extra help and care that they showed made all the difference. When you are sick and go to the doctors, which is already something most people don’t like and you top that off with being greeted with an attitude, not even a smile or a how are you, maybe even I’m sorry you are feeling poorly. let me just it’s just sad! From the walk into the doctors office to the walkout every person that the patient comes in contact with should at least be able to smile or at the very least not have an attitude. That said please give praises, kudos and an honorable mention to Devon and Keyannah!! we need more people like them in the world."

"I took off work for this appt, the nurse I saw was very loud and I could also hear everything going on in other rooms because the walls are so thin. All she did was refer me to yet another doctor whose 1st appt was over a month away, while I waited the next month to see the other dr, she told me she could only refill my prescription for 2 weeks and then ended up only doing it for one week! Total waste of time and money. Do not recommend."
