"The care I received here was excellent, but I had a problem with the billing. They told me on the phone that they would consider my appeal since they neglected to inform me that they were out of network for my insurance; the next thing I heard was from collections. Very disappointed with how they do business, although I had zero issues with the doctors or other staff."

"The front desk staff who are supposed to help set up appointments are horrible. Worst service I have ever received, and on numerous occasions. Trying to reschedule because at the last minute, the nurse practitioner wasn’t going to be there, and as I’m talking, I get cut off and she won’t stop or let me speak. Was very condescending and rude. I raised my voice to see if she could hear me, and she said not to raise my voice at her and hung up. Couldn’t get anyone to answer as I’m calling back. Left multiple messages with the office manager, and still have yet to hear back. This is for a dire situation with my young son, and his pediatrician even called and told them to see him immediately. That was weeks ago, and now I can’t even get anyone to help me reschedule. Screw this place. They clearly do not have standards on customer service, or care about how staff treat customers."

"Wow. Richmond Dermatology should run the entire country. Most efficient health care provider I have ever encountered in my life. Had an appointment today for annual skin check at 10 am. Back in my car by 10:25. Check in, appointment, and check out was seamless. Dr. King was great! I’m just shocked how good a system they have set up. Most health care providers would still have me in the waiting room at 10:25. Highly recommend!"

Her entire team has the best customer service from the moment I walked in the door until I walked out. I thought I would never find someone after my lifelong dermatologist retired, but Dr. Henderson is amazing. Thank you Richmond Dermatology for finding the perfect Doctor for my Psoriasis.
