"Bad staff. The lady who answer the phone (which they mostly never answer) is very rude & unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all."

"So called to get some paperwork for travel and this practice wants us to make an appointment when all we need was a letter confirming recovery from covid 3 months before. We cancelled before due to family emeergency (in-law) was rushed to emergency room due to heart issue. When we called to get the documentation we need for travel, this office wants us to make an appointment and pay our co-pay for a letter we need for travel. The nurse “Joanie” mentioned that Dr. Granados doesn’t want to write the letter because we cancelled before. So what they are doing is being petty because we cancelled due to family emergency that requires immediate attention. The travel certificate is just a letter confirming recovery from covid. Joanie the nurse said they need more time for retrieving the document when CDC sent them the document back in March and I also mentioned to them that I have the documents in hand from CDC. So overall, they are petty and will not write the document for us because we cancelled before. They are very un-professional and the nurse “Joanie” could care less about it. So I end up not using them again and moved to another professional doctor."

"If I could give less than 1 I would. Dr. Granados and "Jared Barber" were extremely rude on the phone today. I tried to make a new patient appointment and they just could not understand how someone has a primary and secondary insurance without it being a Medicare plan. People can have primary through your own job and a secondary through your spouse. They could not understand this. "Jared" told me that I needed to get my coordination of care benefits and hung up on me. I called back and after 3 times Dr. Granados answered the phone, she also could not understand about primary and secondary. Instead of trying to help me all she said was well since your having so many problems then you should find a different office. Obviously I will but they were very rude and not helpful at all!"

"Walked in on a Monday and was able to get an appoint the very next day. They are now my primary physicians. Doctors are extremely helpful and honest. Always willing to help find specialists and follow up after to ensure you have found one."
