"I called them to schedule an appointment, because I am in pain. I would be a returning patient. I was told I had a previous balance and I needed to take care of that before I can schedule. I am transferred and told after a long hold that I owe $65 from 2015. I have been there in 2017 and 2021 never told I owed a balance. I'm in pain and this what I am met with. I am in pain and devastated by the meanness of the medical industry right now."

"Dr. Budampati was a good doctor but then I found out that she was just in it for the money! She treats patients with respect and good bedside manner. She specializes in alternative treatments.I came into her office after being on heavy opioid pain medicine for over +10 years, and now I just do alternative treatments. She does tend to try to push the surgeries and pain injections on people because she can get more money than she could if she was prescribing you pain pills. This is just my personal opinion you can take it or leave it, but make your own decision for yourself based on your own experience."
