"Katie gave me a plan I can do myself at home, and didn't pressure me to come weekly, though we decided it would benefit me to have some additional in-office follow-up both for manual therapy and to ensure I was doing the home exercises correctly. I appreciated the MedBridge Go app into which she loaded my exercises; it helped keep me accountable to the daily exercise routine. Katie gave me progressively harder exercises, and showed me how to modify them ongoing as my strength and mobility adapt over time."
