"I been going to see Dr. Nancy Johnson ever since I moved in the area 6 years ago. I like seeing her she is kind to talk to, makes me feel comfortable, and explains things good. I like how they have Quest here so you can get your blood work right in the office. My parents who live in PA have to go to another office to get blood work done. I would have given this review 5 stars but the billing department at this office seems disorganized and not efficient. I got double charged for the co-pay or what I owed after insurance and it's taking forever to get a check in the mail to me for reimbursement."
"I really like Dr. George Silis and nurse practitioner Nancy Johnson; however, trying to get prescriptions refilled has taken as long as two weeks on multiple occasions and the practice isn’t willing to give more than one script at a time. I’ve never been successful at asking the pharmacy to request a Rx and get a response. The office hours are not great, two plus hour lunch, multiple occasions when the phones are answered by a service rather than the receptionist, not being able to get through to make appointments, and often times the office closing early on Fridays. The last few communications had to be via email. I finally made the decision to leave the practice, because the customer service is not great."
"Overall: Don’t bother going here. Patients have a right to accurate billing but the office will lengthen your time to get corrections by passing on from one person to another wasting your time in hopes of making you give up. I had switched my PCP and got appointment with Dr. George Silis and it was great! Sadly the experience turned bad because 1) insurance claims for services that wasn't done 2) really unpleasant and rude attitude from the administrative staff. The manager has a huge attitude issue. Staff: Nurse Sarah was Amazing. She was personable. Made a great impression for the practice. Took good notes to share with Dr. AND followed up timely as promised with lab results. Couldn't have asked for more. The administrative people filed inaccurate and fraudulent bill for a simple yearly physical. As a result the insurance doesn't want to cover it as preventive care. It is an ongoing process still. We're waiting to have the bill code corrected but it has been rather difficult because of extremely rude office manager. I am positive things will change and everything will get fixed with less effort from me. I'll give the benefit of doubt. Doctor: Dr. Silis is amazing! He takes notes on laptop like the nurse does. So that's definitely great. Listens well. He's personable. I think for the first time in long time I had a doctor who was not only experienced but also great person to get great suggestions from easily. In House Lab work: The service provider for lab work is via Quest. It's convenient if you want to get things done in one place BUT bad company. The billing department barely makes it easy to get hold of them if you're a patient and not a provider. I've already referred 2 people here so far. I'll have to warn others about the ongoing issue I've been put through. NOTE! Check ALWAYS check your insurance explanation of benefit so that you don't pay for services you didn't do! Tip: If you're going here 1st then to find the office 1) go through the double door that's next to the auto parts store 2) You can get the elevator up 1 floor or take the stairs 3) just know what services you want to have done and watch your bill!"
"Been a patient for years, and I am really happy with the new staff and changes in the office. Great customer service from the admin staff. The Clinical staff is so polite and gets the job done. The providers treat the patient not just the symptom. I would highly recommend becoming a patient in this office."
