"a few years ago, my first time seeing a gynecologist at 18 in the middle of a pandemic and a scary diagnosis. my mom wasn’t allowed to go in with me due to the social distancing guidelines. assistant told me to undress from the waist down and left. my provider walked in and told me he didn’t even need me to undress. I was expecting a female provider, but that’s besides the point— we went the whole appointment without a female stand in. I will omit the details but my experience at this office was unpleasant. I realize this was a few years ago; however, after working in the medical field for a number of years now, I am realizing how wrong this mistake was on their end. I do not recommend this practice"
