"They let us book a session with Beth Higgins, we took sick leave from work and made time - only to have her tell us in the first 2 minutes of the session that she wasn’t taking new patients. If I could give this place 0 stars I would."

"The clinical staff are good, and the telehealth portal has worked well for online appointments. The ability to request future appointments with the psychiatrist and therapist is very helpful. The billing process is a major negative. There is no indication of what is owed in the telehealth portal, and there is no email sent or physical letter mailed (which is unusual compared to other medical offices). The first time the office contacted me in regards to billing, the person was quite confrontational on the phone, saying "you cannot schedule another appointment until you make a payment. Do you notice how we haven't billed you yet?" I had to ask twice to receive a copy of my bill via email, and the only way they could process a payment was over the phone."

"I have had trouble getting in touch with the office -- been left on hold for ages, busy, no answer. But on the positive side I very much like the doctor i'm seeing there, Dr. Raju. She is far more knowledgeable and personable than any other psychiatrist I've seen. And I got an appointment within two weeks which is unheard of for most mental health facilities."

"I had scheduled an appointment for 5 PM, I got a call the day before my appt saying the therapist doesn't see new patients that late (I had made this appt. time specifically because of my work hours). I could not go an earlier time, and the lady on the phone told me she would talk to the therapist and get back to me. NO RESPONSE. I called about 5 times and left messages, still no response. It's ridiculous how they treat people in need!"

"Like the reviews, I had an awful time working with the front desk staff. I arrived at 2pm for my 2pm appointment and was told to fill out forms. After waiting 15 minutes I was then told I arrived early for my 3pm appointment. Nope. I pointed out that she had me down on HER sheet for 2pm. I asked again if I would be seen today, now 2:30pm. Rudely, the front desk person said I need to sign more forms. Around 2:45pm I went to the bathroom, came back and asked AGAIN if I would be seen. And then I was finally able to talk to the therapist. I went back again the next week thinking that it was just a big scheduling snafu. Nope. This time they didn't have me scheduled at all, even though I scheduled my next appointment in0person. Definitely not going back. It's not worth paying $4 for parking each time and not knowing if they are going to keep your appointment. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention parking is $4 and I paid $4 to wait for 10 minutes and then go home because I didn't actually have an appointment. TL:DR - Front desk staff are awful and your appointments are not timely, if they happen at all. And parking is $4, flat rate."
