"Do not go to this place, they will send you to the grave in no time, my father was mistreated at this place for over a year, I had to take him to another country to find a simple solution to his problem, it took them over year to tell him sorry we can do anything anymore you have live like that for the rest of your life, I took him to another country, Doctor there found a solution in a minute in 3 weeks my father was back to normal. This place is a scam all they know is to bill you high amounts of dollars"
"Waste of time and money. I shouldn’t have been able to even a schedule an initial appointment if they don’t specialize in my chief complaint. The NP was very late for my visit and then made me wait awhile to go consult with a surgeon regarding my health issue and then came back and said go see Johns Hopkins. I should not be charged. I do not recommend this facility."
"I also agree with Tom O and experienced the same thing. I too could only see a NP (which was fine). B/c of abnormalities noted in a summary of a previously done CT scan, she wanted to review the scan first hand and said would get back to me in a couple of days. As one could imagine, "abnormalities in a CT scan" might be a little unsettling. After 2 weeks, I have heard nothing from them. When I chatted with them in the app a week after the appt, they didn't even know where to get the scan from (after I had already told her in my initial meeting). Another week and several check-in's later, they still have not provided me with a report of her findings. Evidently, the NP has been "out of the office". This is unacceptable and should be considered negligent/malpractice."
"The performance of this office is the worst I have ever experienced. Response is slow and sometimes non-existent. You absolutely cannot see the doctor unless you are having a procedure. The nurse practitioners do a superficial job and do not look over your history in detail. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible."
"I had my post-surgical catheter removed by nurse Tina in the practice's office at the Arlington Hospital Center (the surgery was done elsewhere), it was easy and COMPLETELY painless -- she explained the procedure thoroughly, and was caring and careful and quite competent and professional. She allayed my fears and took care of the situation very well, and I am a very satisfied patient. Certainly I hope not to have the need for a catheter in the future, but if I do, then I won't have the same anxieties."
