"Sarah Kuzmack is knowledgeable about all aspects having to do with the causes and remedies for issues her patients have. In addition to being well qualified, she is patient and very pleasant to work with."

"Wow. I wanted to take the advice Peter Attia gave in “Outlive”: work with a stability coach for safety, good feeling, and help with weight lifting. I don't write many reviews, but after only three sessions of Stable Dynamics with Sarah Kuzmack at Dickstein PT, I feel like I have to. I’m relatively healthy and in my early 40’s, but Sarah is so smart, knowledgeable, insightful, and clear, it’s obvious that she’ll be a huge help to anyone she works with. During the first session, she easily diagnosed how I’d been compensating for a weak left glute medius, rotating my pelvis instead of relying on it. She gave me clear exercises to do and pointed me towards a book with more info about the anatomy if I wanted to check it out. During the second session, Sarah showed me how, if I engage one particular muscle, my spine can have much better position: I have less “tweaky” pain where my lumbar and thoracic spine join, I breathe more efficiently and deeply, and I can lift heavier weights safely. During the third session, we walked through foundational strength exercises, with Sarah giving me helpful tips on every single one. Like Attia talks about in his book, it turns out that, even though I’ve been lifting for years in group strength classes, I’ve never done a squat or a deadlift in a way that exercises the right muscles. I recommend Sarah and Dickstein PT! Every session, it’s exciting to learn so much, and it’s exciting to know that what I learn will pay off for so many years."
"Josh is the best of the best. Between years of sports injuries and a profession that is notorious for causing ergonomic injuries I have certainly racked up some hours with physical therapy. Josh has helped me regain my life again. He is compassionate, kind, and brilliant. What else does one need."
